There are two common reasons for this:
- Split Shipment: Your items may have different processing times. To ensure safety, we often ship items separately as they become ready. Please check your email or WhatsApp to see if you received a second tracking number.
- Missing Item: If you are certain everything was supposed to arrive together, please check your unboxing video (required for verification).
What to do:
Email bendmytrend@gmail.com with your Order ID and an unboxing video showing the package being opened. If we made an error packing your order, we will rectify it.
Since Bend My Trend is not responsible for transit damage and offers no returns or refunds, we are unable to offer a replacement or compensation. All items are inspected and packed securely before shipping; damage occurring during transit is beyond our control.
No, we do not accept exchanges.
Since every product is customized and made-to-order specifically for you, it cannot be resold to another customer. All sales are final once payment is made.

All orders follow our standard timeline:
- Processing: 2-3 business days
- Delivery: 3-7 business days (depending on your location)
We cannot speed up the shipping carrier or change the delivery speed. Please plan your order in advance.
